1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackGuard Pro ("Service"), operated by TrackGuard Pro ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackGuard Pro provides technical website scanning services to identify tracking technologies deployed on publicly accessible websites. The Service delivers reports summarizing detected technologies and their potential legal exposure under applicable privacy statutes.

TrackGuard Pro is a technical scanning service only. We are not a law firm. Nothing in our reports, communications, or website constitutes legal advice. Results should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before taking any action.

3. Authorized Use

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to request a privacy scan of any domain you submit. You may only submit domains you own, control, or have express permission to scan. Submitting third-party domains without authorization is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Fees are those disclosed to you at the time of subscription. A 14-day free trial is available for new monthly subscribers; your card will be charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund. After that, annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. We send a reminder email 40 days before each annual renewal. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, and access continues through the paid period. To cancel, email us from the email address on your account. No reason is required. Reports remain available to download for 12 months after a subscription ends.

All payments are processed exclusively through trackguardpro.com. TrackGuard Pro will never request payment by phone, wire transfer, or unsolicited email.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TrackGuard Pro does not guarantee that scans will detect all tracking technologies present on a website. Technical limitations including server-side tracking, obfuscated scripts, and dynamic injection may result in incomplete detection.

In no event shall TrackGuard Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on scan results without obtaining qualified legal counsel.

TrackGuard Pro's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client to TrackGuard Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

Scan reports delivered to you are licensed for your internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content without written permission from TrackGuard Pro.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
