TrackGuard Pro publishes no analyst names and sells no remediation services. There is no one to lobby and nothing to upsell. Every report stands on its hash, not on a signature.
Anonymity here is a control, not an omission. A named analyst can be contacted, pressured, or persuaded to soften a finding before it reaches you. A hash cannot. Removing the person from the report removes the only part of it that could ever be negotiated — which is precisely why the findings are worth something to a buyer, an insurer, or a board reading them months later.
The same logic governs the price list below. A service that detects problems and also sells the cure has an interest in the number of problems it detects. We sell detection and confirmation. Nothing else is for sale, so there is nothing for a finding to be inflated toward.
Every report carries a SHA-256 hash of the captured page state. SHA-256 is a public standard, not a TrackGuard Pro format — anyone who receives the report can re-compute the hash themselves, using tools already on their computer, without asking us for anything.
shasum -a 256 <capture-file>. On Windows, run certutil -hashfile <capture-file> SHA256. Both print a 64-character hexadecimal string.The hash proves the capture has not been altered since it was delivered. It does not independently prove when the capture was created, and it is not a legal determination about the conduct it records. Published pricing for Free, Watch, and Proof. Enterprise is scoped per engagement. A verification service that hides its price list is asking you to trust it twice. Every tier buys detection and confirmation. No tier includes remediation, because we do not sell remediation at any price.
Every inquiry — scans, reports, hash verification, billing — goes to the same address. TrackGuard Pro publishes no direct lines and no individual contacts, for the same reason it publishes no analyst names.
